Leaving Behind Left Behind:
Recovering the Book of Revelation

The Book of Revelation has long been a mystery. Its graphic imagery, unfathomable symbolism, and its use
for all kinds of “end-times” speculation have made it forbidding territory. The best-selling Left Behind series
has added fuel to this fire by popularizing for a mass audience a particular interpretation of Revelation and
creating an impression that this is what the Scriptures teach and what Christians believe about this last book
of the Bible.

But is Revelation about the hope of not being “left behind,” or the “end of the world,” or is it about something
entirely different? Join us as we seek to recover the Book of Revelation, and we discover its hopeful message
for the 21st century.
